At 8 he was forced to take care of his Mom  who raised 2 kids on 13K a year on disability. His dad abused his mom and left and he realized to get out of his neighborhood he would have to sell drugs, be an entertainer, or be a successful athlete. He played football through college with a scholarship but fell short of the NFL but now he works with kids in college
